3 Level Training Format
Each Training has 3 powerful levels:
Intro, Core, and Outro.
Begin relaxed.
Each training begins with taking three relaxing breaths, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Next concepts and perspectives are introduced: Bias/Balance, Confidence, Transition and Fulfillment. These concepts apply to the entirety of the Mindful Training System.
Welcome to the Core.
We’re at the center of the Mindful Training System. Here are the tools, techniques and perspectives to use throughout life: In our mind, our daily life, with friends and family.
These tools will stay and grow and become integrated with daily life.
End relaxed.
The Outro gives tools to fully complete the Training, including processing each Training mindfully and giving encouragement and perspective to fully integrate the Trainings into daily life.
And just we began the Training, so we will end the Training: with three relaxing deep breaths. We’re left deeply relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep.

It's Brainwave Entrainment audio technology that gently brings your awareness into deep meditation.
In just minutes you're taken from the activity of conscious awareness to the relaxed and open realm of deep meditation.
Here you're free to fully engage with the Trainings.
The powerful tools and perspectives in the Trainings engage your mind. Your consciousness becomes immersed in the Trainings.
The end of the Training leaves you in this state of deep meditation, relaxed and ready for a nap or a good nights sleep.
Brain Mechanics.
Within the mechanics of our brain are Brainwave Frequencies. Our brain manages several different Brainwave Frequencies, but there is always one frequency that stands out from the rest. It’s called the Dominant Brainwave Frequency. As the name suggests, this is the frequency that is most prominent in our brain. And the most controlling.
Our state of conscious awareness, of wakefulness and sleep, roughly correlates to the frequency of the Dominant Brainwave. As such, if we guide the Dominant Brainwave, we can guide the states of brain activity from Beta to Theta, from high brain activity to deep meditation.
Achieve deep meditation with harmony.
Yes. Guide your Dominant Brainwave from a state of alert consciousness into a state of deep meditation using harmonic sound waves.
This process is called Brainwave Entrainment and is achieved by listening to harmonic sounds using stereo headphones. Simple.
The Dominant Brainwave frequency naturally adjusts to the harmonic sounds. So if the harmonic moves from Beta (higher brain activity) through Alpha to Theta (deep meditation), the Dominant Brainwave will follow. Your brain activity will relax into a state of deep meditation. Naturally.
Diving deep into harmonics.
The harmonic sounds produced using Brainwave Entrainment techniques result in the brain creating a Binaural Beat. Here’s how a Binaural Beat is created:
- Use stereo earphones
- Apply a tone of Frequency (A) in one ear
- Apply a tone of Frequency (B) in the other ear
- Your brain automatically combines the tones (A – B) to create a third tone
- This third tone is called a Binaural Beat
Let’s calculate that.
The Binaural Beat can be controlled by adjusting the frequencies you’re listening to. For example:
- Left ear: 125Hz
- Right ear: 135Hz
- Binaural beat: 10Hz
- Right – Left = Binaural Beat
- 135Hz-125Hz=10Hz
More numbers.
As measured by an Electro Encephalograph (EEG) machine, the Dominant Brainwave Frequency determines your current state of mental activity, function and awareness, and roughly corresponds to levels of consciousness:
- Over 40 Hz: Gamma waves. Higher mental activity, including perception, problem solving, fear, and consciousness
- 13–39 Hz: Beta waves. Active, busy or anxious thinking and active concentration, arousal, cognition, and or paranoia
- 7–13 Hz: Alpha waves. Relaxation (while awake), pre-sleep and pre-wake drowsiness, REM sleep, Dreams
- 4–7 Hz: Theta waves. Deep meditation/relaxation, NREM sleep
- Under 4 Hz: Delta waves. Deep dreamless sleep, loss of body awareness
Relaxing Ambient Music
As you listen to The Mindful Training System, you're immediately swept away by the music. Your focus is taken from your external reality and you're distinctly aware of your mind. The music becomes the river on which your consciousness floats.
Your mind releases the thoughts of the day. It brings your focus out of your present reality, allowing for thoughts that are free-form, without structure. Your mind drifts at will.
Here, you can allow yourself to just relax. You are free to explore your consciousness and your emotions at your leisure.
In this uncluttered space the Trainings are highly effective. You can truly contemplate and integrate the power of The Mindful Training System.
Listen and detach.
Ambient music is a collection of extended sounds that overlap and interweave. It has no beat, no melody, no structure on which your consciousness can focus. While listening to ambient music your mind floats freely, and detaches from the unique rhythm of your life.
Ambient Music supports essential relaxation. It helps us to detach from distracting thoughts and emotions by filling the space with beautiful drifting sound.
Create uncluttered space.
Ambient music allows our mind to detach from the thoughts of the day. It brings our consciousness out of our present reality. Our thoughts are free-form, our mind drifts at will.
Once here in this free space, our mind is open to suggestion. Feel free to liesurely explore consciousness, thoughts and emotions.

Mindful Talent.
This beautiful and hypnotic music is composed and produced by the very talented ANJEY SATORI. Anjey’s career spans several different and yet interrerlated disciplines.
First and foremost, Anjey is a brilliant composer and has produced several original albums. He garners inspiration for his music from the inner light, bliss and enlightenment he experiences through his deep and intense practice of Yoga and Meditation.
As a Yoga Master, Anjey has traveled to the far reaches of India, Africa and Asia. In these deeply spiritual environments Anjey expands his own understanding of Enlightenment and shares his unique methods of Yoga and Meditation to his many devotees.

Where to Train
Find a secluded place where you'll be undisturbed for about an hour. Have a blanket ready for extra warmth.
Restful space.
In bed before sleep is only one option. Perhaps there’s a quiet room at the office. Or on the sofa in the afternoon. Or even on the subway ride home.
With stereo headphones.
Let the music fill your mind. Listen as the Trainings begin. Relax into the process.
Take a nap. Or sleep the night.
Both during and after the Training, feel free to nod off, nap, or drift off into a deep restorative sleep.
Continue to Train.
For an accelerated process, continue to use the Mindful Training System. The more you train, the faster life changes.
When to Train
It's your Training. It’s all up to you. Here are some guidelines.
Is all you need.
Forty minutes once a week. Twice a week. Daily. Your comfort level. Your choice.
To each Training in order.
Start at the beginning. Step 1 Training 1. Listen once and then continue. Or listen repeatedly. It’s your choice. Before you know it, you’ll be on Step 5 Training 20.
To experience each Training.
See how you feel the next day. Give yourself time to experience each training. Don’t go too fast or too slowly.
Your choice.
You could skip a day. Or you could repeat the Training. Or you could move on to the next Training.
In sequence.
For your first Training, listen to each Training in sequence, from Step 1 Training 1 through Step 5 Training 20.
The Mindful Training System is meant to be used as a whole.

After listening to your first Training in sequence, feel free to select individual trainings as you like.

Every moment of the day is a different experience.
An experience of the MIND and an experience of the BODY. The tools will guide and support you along the way. Make sense of thoughts and emotions. Thoughts become more linear. A continuity of thought and an awareness of the totality of thoughts are achieved. Look at thoughts to determine which are rooted in reality and which are unrealistic. Understand when perspectives become extreme, unreasonable, out-dated.
When perspectives are updated, we think thoughts clearly, feel emotions genuinely.

Relationship management is a critical part of the human experience, both with others and with ourselves. When our relationships are successful, we achieve a sense of satisfaction, of comfort. When our relationships are somehow failing, deep complexities result. Use the Mindful Training tools and perspectives to manage ourselves as we experience our relationships. Past relationships continue to influence us each and every day. Current relationships are a canvas to express our selves; we can sometimes experience negative cycles that can undermine the foundation of the relationship as well as the self. Review relationships clearly, honestly. Gain the perspective that comforts and heals old wounds.
