The Mindful Training System can be completed in as little as 20 days, or as long as 6 months. A good, steady pace is 10 to 12 weeks. That’s about 2 sessions per week.
For a fast pace, I recommend only 1 training per day.
For a moderate pace, I recommend 1 to 2 trainings per week.
For a leisurely pace, I recommend 1 to 2 trainings per two to three weeks.
